Company formation
The Company was founded on 18th March 1994, with the nature of tradesman. On the 1st December 1995 has been transformed into a limited liability company with the same name.

It was established on the basis of long-standing experience from electronics, electrical engineering, computing, NC technology and managing of technology of controlling the stationary concrete mixing plants and manipulators.

The company operates in the following areas:
– construction activities,
– production, assembly and servicing,
– software creation,
– advisory services,
– business activities,
– building activities.

Company Focus
The role of the company had been mainly implemented in the field of industrial electrical engineering, servicing, sales of excise electrotechnics for low number of customers.

Over the years the company's business has profiled at strong company in the field of managing of technological processes. In this area are provided all activities from design of equipment, through its manufacture, implementation at the customer to audit report with the subsequent service. The operator and service personnel training course is obvious.

Each device allows a link to the central information system of the company.

Company Philosophy is to provide each customer's needs as soon as possible in the field of electrical activities as well as maintaining a high quality device and works by reasonable price.The company meets the standards of EN ISO 9001:2009 and has a Quality Management System Certificate TÜV SÜD Slovakia.

The company made-to measure the equipments for the customer and is sufficiently flexible to supplement the device by simple way or otherwise to modify at any time. That philosophy follows the company slogan: Creativity, Dynamics, Strength (CDS - creativity, dynamism, strength).
